Radio Light Orchestra

Former Principal Director of Music Royal Marines, Lieutenant Colonel John Ware, takes the baton with the Radio Light Orchestra in a programme of British Light Music with special connections to the West Country. The Radio Light Orchestra was formed in 1999 by ex-Royal Marines Musicians and approximately half the players taking part in this recording have been members of the Royal Marines Band Service.

This first recording by the orchestra was made in Alford Hall Torpoint in June 2005
